Connected Integrations & AI Processing
Beya lets you connect third-party business tools (such as Shopify, Gmail, Google Calendar, Square, QuickBooks, Asana, and Notion) and use them through Beya's apps and through third-party AI assistants you authorize (such as ChatGPT and Claude) via secure OAuth connections.
When you connect an integration or authorize an AI assistant connector, you grant Beya permission to read the data needed to answer your requests and, only when you explicitly confirm an action, to make changes on your behalf. We use AI providers (including Anthropic and OpenAI) to process your requests and generate responses. We do not sell your data, and we do not permit these providers to use your business data to train their general-purpose models. You can revoke any integration or connector at any time in your Beya account settings or in the connected AI assistant.
Permissions
Our app requests access to your:
- Camera
- Microphone
- Bluetooth
We do not request access to your contacts or background location data.
Account Management
You may delete your account and personal information at any time directly within the app settings.
Data Retention
We retain your personal and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the service. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from your account settings; upon deletion we remove your personal information from our active systems, subject to any retention required by law. OAuth tokens for connected integrations and AI assistant connectors are stored only while the connection remains active and are deleted when you disconnect it.
Age Restriction
Beya is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect or store information from users under the age of 18.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
