Beya in Claude

Connect Beya to Claude and ask about your business in plain language. Beya unifies your connected tools — Shopify, Gmail, Square, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Asana, Notion and more — into one assistant you can query right inside Claude. In Claude, Beya is read-only.

The read_beya tool answers questions across your connected tools. It never changes anything.

Connect Beya to Claude

Create a Beya account
Sign up at usebeya.com and connect at least one tool (e.g. Shopify or Gmail) so Beya has data to work with.

Add the Beya connector in Claude
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste Beya's MCP server URL:

Authorize with your Beya account
Claude opens Beya's secure sign-in (OAuth). Approve the connection — you can revoke it anytime in Claude or in your Beya account settings.

Ask Beya anything
Start a chat and ask about your business. Claude will call Beya automatically when relevant.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Fix
"Could not connect" / "Unable to reach Beya"	Confirm the connector URL is exactly `https://beya-chat-api.vercel.app/api/mcp/server`. If you connected before an update, remove and re-add the connector.
Asked to sign in again, or "authorization failed"	Your session expired or access was revoked. Re-authorize from Claude's connector settings.
"No data" or empty results	Make sure the relevant integration is connected in your Beya account. Beya can only read tools you've connected.
Results look out of date	Beya caches data briefly for speed. Ask again in a moment, or rephrase to request the latest figures.
Still stuck	Email support@usebeya.com with the query you ran and what you expected.

Beya only accesses the data needed to answer your request. In Claude, Beya is a read-only connector. Beya does not sell your data or use it to train general-purpose AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
