How fresh is the data?

Most integrations sync in near real-time via webhooks. Backfills run on connect, and full reconciliations run every 24 hours so nothing drifts.

Can I trust the numbers?

Beya shows the query it ran and the records it pulled, so you can audit any number before you act on it. We default to your source of truth. If QuickBooks and Shopify disagree, you choose which wins.

Do I need a data team to use this?

No. The whole point is that you ask in the same language you'd use with a teammate. If a question is ambiguous, Beya asks one clarifying question instead of guessing.

What if my question needs data from two systems?

That's the default. Beya joins across Shopify, Square, QuickBooks, and Stripe automatically. For example, matching a Stripe payout against the QuickBooks deposit and the Shopify orders that made it up.

Is my data used to train models?

Never. Your data is queried at runtime to answer your question and is not used to train any model, Beya's or a third party's.
